This premium blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz was matured in French Oak barriques for six months. The wine is already drinking very well and will develop further with bottle age. The flavours of blackcurrant, plum and hints of spice. Pair with grilled red meats or dishes with heavy cream sauces.
