Thursday – Restaurant Dining & Cellar Door open from 12 noon – 9:30pm (last orders at 7:30pm). Take away available from 3pm to 6pm.

Fri-Saturday – Restaurant Dining & Cellar Door open from 12 noon – 10:30pm (last orders at 8:30pm). Take away available from 3pm to 6pm.

Sunday – Restaurant Dining & Cellar Door open from 12 noon – 9:30pm (last orders at 7:30pm). Take away available from 3pm.

Media

All media used on the Stringybark website is the property of Stringybark. If you would like to use any in a publication please contact us for approval or higher resolution images (if possible).

If a photo of you is displayed on the Stringybark website or on our Social Media platforms, and you do not wish for it to be there, you can contact us to have it removed.

Cookies

If you fill in a form on the Stringybark website your browser may save your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you send a form. These cookies can be removed off your local computer/browser by resetting your cache.

Content from other websites

The Stringybark website may collect data, use cookies, have additional third-party tracking such as Google, or monitor your interaction with content, including tracking your interaction throughout your browsing of the website. We do not provide these details to anyone.

Who we share your data with

We do not share any of your personal data from forms or orders with any company or business. If you join our mailing list or are added automatically, your details will be added to MailChimp. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

How long we retain your data

If you send an enquiry form, or send an order, the data will be retained on the website. The server Stringybark runs on has twice daily backups and all data is secured under SSL when submitted. No credit card data is ever stored on the server, payments are all made through the payments platform Eway.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you such as emails or phone. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Sales, Refunds & Postage

All orders will be dispatched no later than the following Wednesday after an order is made.

No refunds or returns are allowed after a sale has been processed via the Stringybark website.

If there is an error on the side of Stringybark such as an incorrect wine being packed in your order, we will provide replacement, if possible, of the same variety or issue you a gift card or coupon code to the discrepancy value to use on a future transaction using the Stringybark online shop.

All sales at Stringybark are final.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons such as:

1: Any price discrepancies due to errors listed on the website.

2: Wine out of stock (we will contact you to arrange an alternative variety to equal value where possible). If alternative cannot be found or agreed, we will provide a credit as a gift card or coupon to use in a future transaction to the discrepancy value.

All wine packages are sent via Australia Post unless Pickup option from Stringybark/Bushranger is chosen.

Wine delivery costs are based off a minimum of 6 bottles and multiples of 12 bottles there after.
As an example: If you order 1 to 5 bottles your delivery charge will be the same price as a 6 bottle delivery. If you order 7-11 bottles you will be charged for 12 bottles delivery. If you order 13-23 bottles you will be charged delivery for 24 bottles.
